做法
1. | 鍋燒熱後加入橄欖油,牛油和洋蔥丁用中火炒到透明後再放進蒜末炒香。 |
2. | 加入剩餘的材料煮滾後用小火煮30分鐘。 |
3. | 待涼後裝罐放進冰箱冷藏至少12個小時。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Add the olive oil, butter & onion to a heated sauce pan and sauté until the onion is translucent. Stir in the garlic and sauté until aromatic. |
2. | Add the remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil then cook over low heat for 30 minutes. |
3. | Let the sauce cool down completely. Store it in the fridge for at least 12 hours before use. |
