美式烤肉醬 American Style BBQ Sauce

材料 Ingredients
特級初炸橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil1 大匙 Tbs
牛油 Butter 1 大匙 Tbs
洋蔥細丁 Finely diced onion 1 杯 cup
大蒜末 Minced garlic 1 大匙 Tbs
番茄醬 Ketchup 1-1/4 杯 cup
水 Water1/4 杯 cup
乾百里香 Dried thyme 1/8 小匙 tsp
乾鼠尾草 Dried sage 1/2 小匙 tsp
煙燻紅燈籠辣椒粉 Ground smoke paprika 1 大匙 Tbs
番椒粉 Ground cayenne pepper 1/2 大匙 Tbs
孜然粉 Cumin 1/4 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒粉 Ground black pepper 1/2 小匙 tsp
薑粉 Ground ginger 1/2 小匙 tsp
紅砂糖 Dark brown sugar 1 大匙 Tbs
蜜糖 Molasse 1 大匙 Tbs
芥末粉 Dry mustard 1 大匙 Tbs
辣醬油 Worcestershire sauce 1/2 大匙 Tbs
蘋果醋 Apple cider 2 大匙 Tbs

做法
1.鍋燒熱後加入橄欖油,牛油和洋蔥丁用中火炒到透明後再放進蒜末炒香。
2.加入剩餘的材料煮滾後用小火煮30分鐘。
3.待涼後裝罐放進冰箱冷藏至少12個小時。



PROCEDURE
1.Add the olive oil, butter & onion to a heated sauce pan and sauté until the onion is translucent. Stir in the garlic and sauté until aromatic.
2.Add the remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil then cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
3.Let the sauce cool down completely. Store it in the fridge for at least 12 hours before use.
